Updated Coronavirus safety policy
Keeping our customers and staff safe
We are continuously monitoring the government recommendations relating to the spread of the coronavirus and we are taking every possible measure to keep or customers and tradespeople safe.
Our staff is receiving daily updates keeping them informed about contamination risks, symptoms and hygiene best practices. Any member of staff showing even the mildest of symptoms will be ordered to stay home and self isolate.
Hygiene Measures
We are following the WHO‘s infection control measures which include but not limited to:
1- Avoid contact with anyone showing symptoms
2– Use a flexed elbow when coughing or sneezing when a tissue is not to hand. If using a tissue dispose of it immediately after and wash hands thoroughly or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
3– Frequently wash hands with soap and water or alcohol-based sanitizer
4– Contact NHS 111 if you start to show signs of illness such as fever or shortness of breath
5– Avoid touching the face, especially eyes, nose, and mouth
Extra measures
We have issued multiple bottles of hand sanitizer to our staff and they must use regularly especially before entering customers’ homes and regularly throughout the day.
We ask our customers to notify us if anyone within their property has symptoms of the virus or has been diagnosed. In this case, we will, unfortunately, be unable to attend the property for the risk of further contamination.
If you have a job currently booked in, and you would like to cancel based on the above information, please contact us on 01905 412 889 ASAP.
