The guidance over the phone for the simple fix was second to none. They didn't have to do that and could have hung up the phone. Thanksfully the advice was spot on and I was able to fix the system and get my tenant up and running again. LM Plumbers even called me back on the Monday to check if everything was ok. Great customer service. I'll be using them for future boiler and gas work on my rental.

They said they would call in the morning to confirm a time. The call came in early and a time was arranged for that afternoon. Luckily enough the problem was not a severe one. A service soon put it right. I was very pleased when I got the bill as it was very fair. I cannot recommend highly enough all the staff I had contact with were very friendly and professional, an unusual thing in my recent dealings with other companies. I have worked with them very closely now over the last year and they provide an excellent service. I would highly recommend. Recently moved to Worcester and L M Plumbing fitted a new boiler, amazing service from start to finish. They fitted me in and a new customer, very grateful as had no hot water. Professional, great customer service, nothing too much trouble, very clean throughout the job, a breathe of fresh air after having some work done by other plumbers which was awful, wish I used them in the first place. The company clearly pride themselves in doing an excellent job for their customers, informative throughout the job. I would not hesitate to recommend them and a big thank you to Emma in arranging and Luke and Tom for the installation. I will definitely be using them in the future.

We have used LM Plumbing for various jobs over the last few years and have always been very satisfied with the workmanship. Most recently we had a new bathroom installed, Luke was very helpful, firstly in helping me to choose the most suitable items and keeping me informed every step of the way as to who was coming in and when they would be arriving. Tom did a brilliant job too, quality of work was second to none and every day the house was left clean and tidy. Emma was equally good at keeping us updated along the way. Tom replaced our leaking shower cubicle, fitted a new radiator and sorted out a couple of leaking pipes for us. He even helped with another small plumbing issue that cropped up. I cannot praise him highly enough for his attention to detail and quality of work. We would recommend Tom and Luke to anyone looking for a plumber.
